• Discovery Phase / Needs Assessment - Direct Commerce identifies company business rules, ERP system interface requirements, document format, validation rules, and reporting requirements. Direct Commerce project managers interface with key client personnel to guarantee accurate application requirements definition.

• System Configuration - Direct Commerce configures the system to meet requirements identified during the Needs Assessment phase. This iterative process involves some client meetings to discuss specific technical details to ensure compliance.

• Testing - Direct Commerce conducts functional and integration testing to ensure that all aspects of the solution are operational prior to certification and roll-out.

• Training / Supplier Rollout - Direct Commerce provides comprehensive training to client personnel and suppliers. Training is conducted via webinars, interactive demos and online help features. Ongoing supplier training and support is also available.
