Hosted Invoice Imaging using Direct Imaging™
Direct Imaging automates your supplier community without mandating electronic invoice submission. Suppliers simply send paper invoices to our Imaging Service Center, where the paper is scanned into a secured hosted imaging system. Line-item data is entered into the Direct Invoice™ module which transmits the electronic transaction along with the image to your financial system. By offering suppliers a choice of paper or electronic submission, your company can quickly take advantage of all the benefits of an automated Procure-to-Pay process without the need for expensive in-house systems.
