Bloomin’ Brands, the $4 Billion hospitality company behind casual dining restaurants Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s, Fleming’s, and Outback Steakhouse, wanted to automate their 1.5 Million invoices per year and workflow for over 1,200 restaurants.
