Once you make the intro, Direct Commerce takes it from there. Our team runs discovery, demos, proposals, and close. You don't need to stay involved or sell anything.

When the company you introduced us to signs a net-new agreement with Direct Commerce, we pay you $10,000. No complicated tiers, no partial credit. One deal, one bonus.

Whether you're a current Direct Commerce customer, an ERP or technology partner, an independent finance or procurement consultant, a systems integrator, or simply someone with the right relationship — you're eligible to participate.
There's no cost to join, no minimum commitment, and no limit on the number of referrals you can submit. Each qualifying closed deal earns a separate $10,000 bonus.
FAQ
Is this program open to Direct Commerce employees? No. The $10,000 bonus is exclusively for external referrers — people outside of Direct Commerce. Employees are not eligible.
What counts as a "warm intro"? A direct personal introduction to a decision-maker at a company that isn't already in our pipeline. This can be an email, a call you facilitate, or a message over any channel as long as it's a real connection coming from you.
What makes a strong referral? The referrals that convert — and earn the bonus - share a few things in common: The referrer has a direct, trusted relationship with a decision-maker (CFO, VP of Finance, AP Director, or similar) at the prospect company. The prospect is not already in contact with Direct Commerce. And the introduction comes with context a brief note on why you're making the connection and what challenge you think we can solve.
Does the prospect need to be brand new to Direct Commerce? Yes. Referrals must be companies not currently in contact with our sales team. We'll confirm eligibility when you register your referral.
What counts as a closed deal? A signed agreement for a net-new Direct Commerce subscription. Expansions or upsells within existing accounts do not qualify.
How and when do I get paid? We'll confirm your referral registration, keep you updated on progress, and process your $10,000 bonus within [X days] of the contract being executed.
Can I refer more than one company? Yes , there's no cap. Each qualifying closed deal earns a separate $10,000 bonus.
